During contract negotiations, we will identify and meet your price, determine key dates - move-in, inspection, closing - and thoroughly review and amend the contract to meet your requirements. Knowing what to look for during this time will keep the sellers honest and you happy. Using my experience in reviewing sales and clear buyer goals, a celebration is undoubtedly around the corner at closing.
